The number of participants that is known to us 24 hours prior to the tour, will be the guideline for the sum of the costs.
In case of stormy weather UrbanGuides will consult the customer about an alternative programme, before rescheduling or cancelling the tour (which will be, in the case of such unforeseen circumstances, free of charge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Invoice\/Payment<\/strong>
After the tour UrbanGuides will send a digital invoice by e-mail. Bookings over a \u20ac 1000,- will be charged by 50% in advance. On receiving this 50% of the payment, UrbanGuides will continue the booking process.

Liability during tours
